1. Acceptance of terms

By using AI-Readiness Auditor ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service does

The Service crawls publicly accessible websites and runs deterministic checks to produce an AI-readiness score and report. It does not use AI to grade your site, and it does not modify your site in any way.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scan sites you do not own or have explicit permission to scan;
• submit URLs that embed credentials or target private/internal networks;
• abuse the free-tier rate limits or attempt to bypass them;
• use the Service to build a competing product without permission.

4. Free tier and limits

Free users are limited to 3 scans per IP per day, up to 25 pages per scan. We may adjust these limits at any time. Paid tiers and their limits will be disclosed at time of purchase.

5. Email collection and notifications

When you provide an email address, we use it solely to send the report unlock link and, if you are a monitoring subscriber, change-detection emails. We do not sell or share your email with third parties.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Scores and reports are automated best-effort assessments, not legal or SEO advice. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
